Manage templates
In template management, you will find an overview of all templates you have created and imported. The integrated search function provides support for an extensive template library. You can, of course, exchange the templates you have created with other myMedax users. You can start editing the existing templates from here.
Completed documents
You can keep track of all completed templates with a clear list. In addition to the generated PDF, all export formats (GDT, HL7, FHIR etc.) are also available there. You can also track the status of completion transparently. An export function allows you to download statistical data from all questionnaires as an Excel document for further individual processing and evaluation.
Editor - design individual forms yourself
The heart of myMedax is the integrated and self-explanatory template editor. You can easily create your own templates without any programming knowledge:

myMedax client
With the myMedax Client, you can assign templates to your patients for completion directly from your practice management software. The patient's master data is temporarily transferred to myMedax and is available in the form. How does the patient receive their forms?
Send the forms to be completed to the patient's home by email so that they can fill them out easily and conveniently in advance of the doctor's visit.
Transfer the forms to a practice tablet so that the patient can fill them out on site in the practice waiting room or consultation room.
Provide the patient with a QR code with which the patient can process the forms directly on their own smartphone.
